When Congress passed the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, one provision of this law was to require all businesses, including nonprofit organizations, to submit the Form 1099-MISCs to any vendor who was paid $600 or more during the calendar year.

Yesterday we got an email from the client saying that an SEO expert told them that sites built with PHP (wordpress is built with PHP) are not search engine friendly and they haven’t moved up in their rankings. I think this expert is confusing PHP with Flash. What ever they are thinking, this is garbage, google loves wordpress.
