This two-hour seminar is designed to provide non profits with the information they need to proceed with the legal process of incorporation. Topics covered include the benefits of being a non profit (versus a for-profit business), incorporating and structuring the nonprofit, state and federal reporting and regulation, fiscal agency, and completing the Form 1023 for federal tax-exemption. Time is set aside for general questions.
