There is always so much to be thankful for, and for those of us in the United States we celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow.
As we all pause to reflect, here are some of what I am thankful, grateful for:
The love of family and friends. We traveled across country to be with our extended family, I am grateful that my in-laws are still healthy, and we can all be together, for my husband (and business partner) that sometimes thinks I have some good ideas too.
The support and the generosity of colleagues and mentors…What would my daily life look like with out our NPTB partner Lisa (and her healthy new baby)…and the support of Susan Hammond that has helped us develop this idea of NPTB, Jane Ford who has faithfully contributed (Mondays) for our blog; and our many sponsors and people who have kept me going just by saying what we are trying to do here is important. Also a big thanks to our advisory board: Susan Hammond, Chad OConnor, Jennifer Pinkham, and Cheryl Showstack, and to Janel Kesten and Elizabeth Pineault who helped get us started.
The opportunity to learn each and every day, from the web to face-to-face networking, blogs I read, people I have met through twitter, people who I have met in person, and stay in contact through twitter. I am thankful for all that I have learned this year, and all that I can learn…
For the NP Toolbox, we are grateful for all the fantastic NPO’s we have met in the last year, and all the great work that they do. Our hope is that what we do helps to support them.
The NPToolbox folks hope you all have a happy & safe holiday!
