Nonprofit Budgeting – A Contrary Approach Part Two

Last week, I presented the first step in the contrary approach to building your nonprofit budget: project your expenses for the coming year. Once you have carefully listed all your expense needs, it’s time for to work on the revenue side. Most likely, this will be done in a second meeting.
