Stephen Melanson is the President of Melanson Consulting, which he founded in 2004. He is the originator of multiple new branding applications for business, and has over 25 years experience in sales, management, and company ownership.

Verbal Branding – Unique in the marketplace, Verbal Branding is both a new, spoken application for marketplace differentiation and a redefined foundation for brand development. It creates competitive advantage through multiple dimensions of simultaneous business improvement.

Those dimensions include sales, internal culture, and brand density.

In essence, Verbal Branding is a new basis for thinking and speaking, allowing any organization to marginalize the competition and apply their brand in a practical, moment-by-moment way.

Workshops and project engagements have been with: Fidelity Investments, Citizens Bank, the British Consulate, NEC, HUB International, Mass Bankers Association, Chubb Insurance, NY & MA Xpo, Goodwin Procter, TriNet Group, Sovereign Bank, and many others.

Mr. Melanson is currently working on a second book about Verbal and Density Branding.
