Tom is co-principle of TRB Design, Inc., a video production and web strategy company. TRB Design, Inc. has produced hundreds of videos for retail sales and for web distribution; and has developed and consulted on web marketing strategies for many companies and non-profit organizations. The goals of TRB’s strategies include finding and using the most appropriate web tools and technologies to help companies and individuals to integrate effective.
Tom also owns and operates GymSmarts, a community for gymnastics coaches and instructors throughout the world, with an ecommerce website (GymSmarts.com) a blogging community (GymSmartsCommunity.com) and gymnastics tips on YouTube (YouTube.com/TheGymnasticsMinute) Through their website, Gymsmarts.com, they are the largest producer and distributor of gymnastic training videos and information in the world. These sites have given Tom a unique, hands-on experience of the web community. Tom looks forward to sharing with you what has, and what has not, worked for him.

Tom’s interesting and diverse professional background includes:
* Vice President and Branch Manager for Charles Schwab & Company Inc. The goal of Tom’s branch was to expand the marketing area around the branch and to grow the customer base. To accomplish this goal he assisted in the creation of several programs to help educate customers about investing, and how they could best make educated decisions about their finances. Through the branch and its support staff, Tom managed in excess of 7,000 clients.
*International Gymnast. As a national team member Tom represented the United States of America in international competitions around the world, from duel competitions to the Olympic Games.
A Little More about Reiko and Tom Beach. . .
Reiko and Tom have 2 grown children, Kiyomi & Rob, they reside in Norwell, MA with their grand-dog, Buddy, who was adopted by their daughter before she left for the ‘greener pastures’ of the West Coast, and they have lots of lawn to mow.
They both love technology (most of the time) and enjoy learning and sharing with others.
