Reiko is co-principle of TRB Design, Inc., a video production and web strategy company. TRB Design, Inc. has produced hundreds of videos for retail sales and for web distribution; and has developed and consulted on web marketing strategies for many companies and non-profit organizations. The goals of TRB’s strategies include finding and using the most appropriate web tools and technologies to help companies and individuals to integrate effective.
Reiko also owns and operates GymSmarts, a community for gymnastics coaches and instructors throughout the world, with an ecommerce website (GymSmarts.com) a blogging community (GymSmartsCommunity.com) and gymnastics tips on YouTube (YouTube.com/TheGymnasticsMinute) Through their website, Gymsmarts.com, they are the largest producer and distributor of gymnastic training videos and information in the world. These sites have given Reiko a unique, hands-on experience of the web community. Reiko looks forward to sharing with you what has, and what has not, worked for her.
In addition to her roles within TRB Designs and GymSmarts, Reiko enjoys the following roles: Board member for the Norwell Chamber; Norwell Chamber President; Board member of SSWBN Education Foundation; and Evangelist of Geek Girl Camp, a group committed to educating women on computer technology.

Reiko’s professional background includes a travel consultant; managing travel agencies; and marketing travel packages for a large consortium of travel agencies. From her travel industry experience, Reiko learned the importance of providing excellent customer service and she became most proficient in office management
For the past 10 years Reiko has served on the South Shore YMCA, at Mill Pond, Board of Directors; coordinated the Norwell Middle School PTO and Norwell High School PTO; and has run/volunteered on various fundraising committees
A Little More about Reiko and Tom Beach. . .
Reiko and Tom have 2 grown children, Kiyomi & Rob, they reside in Norwell, MA with their grand-dog, Buddy, who was adopted by their daughter before she left for the ‘greener pastures’ of the West Coast, and they have lots of lawn to mow
They both love technology (most of the time) and enjoy learning and sharing with others
