Lisa is president and co-founder of LIDO Consulting Group, a marketing strategy company that specializes in customer care and internal branding. LIDO has helped many non-profit organizations to grow and to improve their fundraising efforts by developing and executing marketing and public relations strategies that include providing their supporters with the best customer care experience at each and every touch-point.
Lisa also enjoys her role as: Ambassador for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce; Golf and Networking Fundraising Event Co-Chair for the South Shore Women’s Business Network; Membership Committee Member, South Shore Women’s Business Network; and Marketing Advisor for Quincy 2000’s Health, Beauty & Wellness League.

Lisa has more than 16 years of customer care, marketing, event planning, public relations, fundraising, and training experience. Her diverse professional background includes:
*Creating and executing a variety of fundraising initiatives with revenues in excess of $100,000;
*Writing and implementing long-term and short-term strategic marketing and public relations plans;
*Planning and executing events that wow the attendees, sponsors and organizers;
*Restructuring, improving and managing a South Shore based customer care center with a customer-base of more than 90,000;
*Developing and creating a sustainable marketing strategy for an auto-renewal payment program that assisted in increasing customer retention rates by 40%;
*Team Leader, educator, and student advisor.
A Little More About Lisa. . .
Lisa is the proud mother of a beautiful 2 ½ year-old daughter who has her laughing from the moment she wakes up (talking and singing) to the time she lays her weary head down to sleep. Lisa is hoping to pass along her passion of helping others, especially those who are less fortunate, to her little angel.
